Novelists selling 4BD in Westport for $1.28M

Lawrence S. Goldstone and Nancy J. Goldstone have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 12 Long Lots Lane in Westport for $1.28 million.

The 3,153-square-foot house was built in 1950. Regina Kendig of William Raveis Real Estate is the listing agent.

The Goldstones are both novelists.

Lawrence Goldstone is the author of two narrative histories of science. He has written for several newspapers like the "Boston Globe," "Los Angeles Times," "Chicago Tribune," and the "Miami Herald."

Nancy Goldstone started her career as a loan officer for a commercial bank in Manhattan before being transferred to the trading department, where she was hired as a foreign currency options trader. Her first book was based on her career as an option trader, "Trading Up: Surviving Success as a Woman Trader on Wall Street."

She earned a B.A. in history from Cornell University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 441 home sales in Westport during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $945,000.
