Morgan Stanley exec selling Glenwood 6BD for $8.5M

Thomas P. Clephane has listed for sale a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 51 Glenwood Drive in Greenwich for $8.5 million.

The 6,926-square-foot house was built in 1925 in Belle Haven. It is located in the Glenwood subdivision. David Ogilvy of David Ogilvy & Associates Realtors is the listing agent of the home.

Clephane, an equity research analyst, is a managing director at Morgan Stanley. He joined the company in 1979.

He earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 574 home sales in Greenwich during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.22 million.
