Marko C. Remec and Cynthia T. Remec have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 26 Broad Road in Greenwich for $7.95 million.
The 8,425-square-foot home in Belle Haven was built in 1969. It is located in the Broad subdivision. Christopher B. Finlay of Halstead Property is the listing agent.
Marko Remec is a sculptor whose work has been exhibited at the Goodrich Art Gallery in Williamstown, Massachusetts and the Ukrainian Institute in New York. He previously served as a managing director at Lazard and at Morgan Stanley.
He has a B.A. in studio art and chemistry from Williams College, where he served as a primary teaching assistant for the school's sculpture studio. He earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Cynthia Remec is the founder and executive director of BoardAssist, a New York-based non-profit corporation that recruits board members for the nonprofit community. She is also a board member at Platinum Pals. A lawyer by profession, she has practiced law at Pillsbury Winthrop, Weil Gotshal and JP Morgan.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 575 home sales in Greenwich during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.21 million.
