Yvonne Hyland has listed for sale a four-bedroom, seven-bath home at 12 Intervale Place in Greenwich for $5.18 million.

The 6,100-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Belle Haven. It is located in the Intervale Place subdivision. Christopher B. Finlay of Halstead Property is the listing agent.

Hyland has been a vice president and practice leader for enterprise applications at Gartner, an IT consultancy and research firm. Aside from that, she has been the director at Dell Perot Systems.

She attended Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
