The estate of Franklin E. Schaffer has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 72 Butternut Hollow Road in Greenwich for $1.95 million.
The 3,934-square-foot house was built in 1956 in Mid-Country West. It is located in the Butternut Hollow subdivision. Elizabeth Douthit of Round Hill Partners is the agent for the listing.
Schaffer was the chairman and CEO of Doremus & Company, a public relations agency. He was also the president of the Blueberry Treatment Centers.
He graduated from Princeton University.
He died in November 2010.
