David A. Stockman and Jennifer Blei Stockman have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, seven-bath home at 105 Conyers Farm Drive in Greenwich for $19.75 million.
The 16,963-square-foot house was built in 1996 in North Greenwich. It is located in the Conyers Farm Drive subdivision. David Ogilvy & Associates is the listing agency for the property.
David Stockman is a former Michigan U.S. Representative. He was the CEO at the automotive parts firm Collins & Aikman Corporation. He also founded Heartland Industrial Partners L.P., a firm that provides private equity funding.
He received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. He also attended Harvard Divinity School.
Jennifer Blei Stockman is a chairperson emeritus of the Republican Majority for Choice. In addition to that, she is also the president of the Board of Trustees at Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, a nonprofit entity that advocates art preservation and appreciation.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 583 home sales in Greenwich during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.25 million.
