Richard M. Bonamarte and Mona Bonamarte have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 20 Thomas Place in Norwalk for $2.6 million.

The Bonamartes paid $1.8 million for the property in September 2002. Unit #7 is part of the Thomas Place development, which was built in 1870. Joan Gallagher of Halstead Property is the listing agent for the home.

Richard Bonamarte has served as a director of contracts at Praxis Housing Initiatives Inc., a non-profit organization. He has also worked as senior consultant for several organizations including Turner Government Operations, the U.S. Federal Government and Rand Corp.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 106 condo sales in Norwalk during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.68 million.
