Grant Panarese and Kristi Panarese have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 176 Ponus Ave. in Norwalk for $485,000.

The Panareses paid $705,000 for the property in October 2006.

The 2,949-square-foot house was built in 1940 in West Norwalk. Patty Frank of Cappello Realty LLC is the listing agent for the home.

Grant Panarese, an auctioneer, is the vice president of the Stamford Auction Gallery, a full-service auction house.

Kristi Panarese, also an auctioneer, works for the Stamford Auction Gallery as an accounts manager.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 475 home sales in Norwalk during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
